About Me
I have a PhD in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies from Marywood University and a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. In addition to my private practice, I also work in higher education as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, helping to shape the future generation of medical practitioners. My true passion is helping others improve their mental health.
My husband and three daughters, ages 9, 7 and newborn are the loves of my life. When not working we enjoy sports and an active lifestyle. Fun fact, I played Division I Field Hockey at Siena College! Sports have been an integral part of my life, and I love coaching my daughters and other young women in field hockey! I also love working with athletes to help improve performance and mental health.
